What this site does with your data
This website is a static page. It loads its fonts and scripts from this site. It sets one cookie, cp_lang, to remember whether you are reading English, German or Italian. That cookie lasts one year, is strictly necessary for that choice, is not used for tracking and contains no personal data. The interactive demonstration on the start page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.
Delivery
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare receives the technical data your browser sends (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type) in order to deliver the page, cache static files and protect the service against abuse. This processing takes place in data centres in the European Union and the United States, for a limited period. Cloudflare is our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to the United States rely on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the EU standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare's data processing addendum. If the browser reports a network error while loading the page, that report goes to Cloudflare as well.
Server logs
The server itself is hosted by IONOS SE in Germany. Our log records the date and time, the requested page, the status code and the browser type. It does not record your IP address. We delete it after at most 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
Website analytics
Page visits are measured with Google Analytics 4 only if you agree. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google receives the page address, a coarse location derived from the IP address, and technical details of the browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may process the data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. If you agree, the cookies _ga and _ga_FFSC942FK3 are set for up to two years. Nothing is sent to Google before you agree, and the website works in full if you decline. The cookie cp_consent stores your choice for six months so that we can respect it. It is not used for tracking. To show that consent was given or refused, we also keep a record of the time, the choice, the language, the notice version, a random id and the IP address for six months (Art. 7(1) GDPR, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). You can withdraw consent here; the withdrawal applies from the next page. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, by e-mail or through the form, we process your name, e-mail address, organisation if you give one, and the message, so that we can answer. We also send you a confirmation of receipt. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is open and deleted afterwards, unless a contract or statutory retention period requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), Kiel.

Auslieferung
Die Seite wird über Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, ausgeliefert. Cloudflare erhält die technischen Daten, die Ihr Browser übermittelt (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite und Browsertyp), um die Seite auszuliefern, statische Dateien zwischenzuspeichern und den Dienst gegen Missbrauch zu schützen. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt in Rechenzentren in der Europäischen Union und in den USA, für einen begrenzten Zeitraum. Cloudflare ist unser Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Übermittlungen in die USA stützen sich auf die Zertifizierung von Cloudflare nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework und zusätzlich auf die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln in Cloudflares Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag. Meldet der Browser einen Netzfehler beim Laden der Seite, geht diese Meldung ebenfalls an Cloudflare.
Server-Logdateien
Der Server selbst wird bei IONOS SE in Deutschland betrieben. Unser Protokoll speichert Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Seite, den Statuscode und den Browsertyp. Ihre IP-Adresse wird dort nicht gespeichert. Wir löschen das Protokoll spätestens nach 14 Tagen. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse am sicheren Betrieb der Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Mit IONOS besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag nach Art. 28 DSGVO.
Reichweitenmessung
Seitenaufrufe werden mit Google Analytics 4 nur gemessen, wenn Sie einwilligen. Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Google erhält die Seitenadresse, einen aus der IP-Adresse abgeleiteten ungefähren Ort und technische Angaben zum Browser. Die vollständige IP-Adresse speichert Google Analytics 4 nicht. Werbefunktionen und Google-Signale sind ausgeschaltet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Google kann die Daten in den USA verarbeiten, gestützt auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework und die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Bei Einwilligung werden die Cookies _ga und _ga_FFSC942FK3 gesetzt, längstens für zwei Jahre. Vor der Einwilligung wird nichts an Google gesendet, und die Website ist ohne Einwilligung vollständig nutzbar. Das Cookie cp_consent speichert Ihre Auswahl sechs Monate, damit wir sie beachten. Es dient nicht der Nachverfolgung. Damit wir die Einwilligung oder Ablehnung nachweisen können, speichern wir außerdem Zeitpunkt, Auswahl, Sprache, Fassung der Erklärung, eine Zufalls-Kennung und die IP-Adresse für sechs Monate (Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO). Sie können die Einwilligung hier widerrufen; der Widerruf gilt ab der nächsten Seite. Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung Ihnen gegenüber findet nicht statt.

Sie erhalten außerdem eine Eingangsbestätigung. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO. Nachrichten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie das Gespräch offen ist, und danach gelöscht, sofern kein Vertrag oder keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfrist etwas anderes verlangt.

Il server è ospitato da IONOS SE in Germania. Il nostro registro annota data e ora, pagina richiesta, codice di stato e tipo di browser. Non annota il vostro indirizzo IP. Lo cancelliamo al più tardi dopo 14 giorni. Base giuridica: il nostro legittimo interesse a gestire un sito sicuro (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR). Con IONOS è in essere un accordo di trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR.
Statistiche del sito
Le visite alle pagine sono misurate con Google Analytics 4 solo se acconsentite. Il fornitore è Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublino 4, Irlanda. Google riceve l'indirizzo della pagina, una localizzazione approssimativa ricavata dall'indirizzo IP e i dati tecnici del browser. Google Analytics 4 non conserva l'indirizzo IP per intero.
